The UAE government has issued a new rule which forces the students who fails in their higher education to pay the officials because they didn’t take the subject seriously. Most of the Emirati agreed with this rule because it is fair and this might let the students to learn the meaning of education and every country around the world which teaches their nations for free should have this rule.
There are many reasons why the students who fail should pay for the college. One of the most important reasons is that they take a place for a new student who can enter the course but there are no enough seats. Another obvious reason is that they are not taking their courses seriously because they are not paying from their pockets. Moreover, they could afford the money to open new majors.
Although there are many reasons why the failed students should pay, there are many reasons why students shouldn’t pay. One of the most important reasons is that the teachers might not be qualified for teaching the subject or they couldn’t reach the ideas to the students. Moreover, students should have three chances and if one fails in the third time he/she should pay to study the course again. Finally, some families are poor and haven’t enough money to pay so in this situation these students shouldn’t pay.
All in all, if students who fail their courses without any reasons should pay to study the course again and if they fail the course and they have a good reasons they could have a second chance to pass the course.
