When should people be made to retire?

Each country has own age to retire their old people. Some people like to work after a specific age of retirement. Other likes to retire to spend more time freely. This essay is going to look at the people who pros and cons towards retirement time.

A lot of people agree with retirement idea. There are many reasons for their agreement. One of these reasons is younger people. People think that old people to retire at specific time to give a chance for younger people. Another reason is the animism. Company owner like younger people than older people because they are more active. For example, young people can walk from one place to another to finish work better than older ones. Certification is another reason. People think that young people have a degree of B.A or master are more qualified than older people.

On the other side, there are people against the first group of people. People think that there are many aspects to keep old people at their job. One of these aspects is experience. People think that experience plays an important to success on work because life depends on experience. Another aspect is respect. Some think that a company doesn’t respect old people when they dismiss them from work. For instance, companies can hire new employee but keep old people to value them. Another aspect is other companies. Some companies like to deal with old employer than younger. For example, companies can let young people sit with old people and teach from them and other companies can know the young one and trust on him because old employer taught him.

To conclude, people are divided with and against retirement. I think that we are still need old people to teach us. Also, in my point of view the success of the work depends on old people not young guys and girls who have a piece of paper shim his or her university degree. So, young people have to learn from old people before replacing them.
