The Emirati identity is the most important thing for every Emirati who lives in the UAE or abroad. Nowadays the government is doing some surveys to figure out if the local people are saving their identity and their heritage. In This essay I am going to write about the problems and solutions for the loss of the Emirati identity.


There are many reasons why the Emiratis identity is being lost. One of the most important problem is that the UAE is developing very quickly and many nationalities are living and visiting the country and this might change some of the traditional thoughts. Moreover, most of the schools nowadays are teaching in English and I support this idea but Arabic and cultural classes should have the largest share. Finally, some of the families are not saving and supporting their customs and traditions and they are not teaching their children their culture


Although there are many troubles there are many solutions which could help the people to save their identity. One of the most important solutions is that the government should force schools to include cultural and Arabic classes which would help the children because some families are too busy to teach their children the customs. Moreover, we should teach the foreigners our language and we should speak with them in Arabic so that we can share information and know the pretty things in their culture and customs. Finally, the government should increase the traditional departments and sports to save our customs.


All in all, there are many solutions which can help us to save our identity and in my opinion we should ask the government for more heritage departments
